🚀 What do you need to get started?

Well the good news is, very little, access to a mobile phone or computer (you don't have to even own the phone or computer. you can use one belonging to a friend, your film school etc, depending on your circumstances).

👩‍💻 What matters?

Don't worry about what software you should use and what tools and equipment you should buy etc, this is not important, especially not at this early stage.

🎯 What are the essential things I need to Do?

There is no one answer this will be dependent on what as an Editor you would like to do. Freelance, In-house, Assistant Editor, DIT, Short-Form, Long-Form etc.

🎟 What do I need to apply for Editing Roles / Jobs / Careers?

It is great to have a showreel / portfolio depending on the role / job / career that you are apply for, or working on.
